These Terms of Service govern your use of diamondclearexterior.com and any services booked through Diamond Clear Exterior Services ("we," "us," "our").

Services We provide exterior cleaning and maintenance services including window cleaning, soft washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday light installation, maintenance, and removal, within our service area in Montgomery and Howard County, Maryland.

Quotes and Scheduling Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Scheduling is subject to availability.

Payment Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking or service completion.

Cancellations - Will be charged a $75 trip fee if canceled same day. $50 if canceled 24 hours or before.

Holiday Lighting Services Holiday lighting installations include design, installation, and takedown as described at the time of booking. We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, and we recommend reporting any issues with lights or installation promptly so we can address them during the season.

Insurance and Liability

Diamond Clear Exterior Services is insured. While we take care to protect your property during all services, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service.
